Beyond Our Biased Thoughts

It is very easy to believe what your thoughts say. If I think: I am worthless. I might believe it is true just because I think that. The thought might be the result of a particular event, but that does not mean it is true. Thoughts are not always facts. For example, take into consideration the thought that you are worthless because you failed at something.
